Once an order is placed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets, and we regret that we cannot under any circumstances issue duplicate tickets. Please treat your tickets like cash!

The client should note that the right to cancel or the “cooling-off period” provided by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply to the sale of event tickets. All sales are final.

Any minor must be accompanied by an adult for all events, and all persons, regardless of age, must be in possession of a valid ticket to gain entry to the event.

IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING

If an event is cancelled by the artist or promoter, we will refund the price you paid for the ticket excluding VAT. If an event is rescheduled by the artist or promoter, your tickets will remain valid for the newly rescheduled dates. We do not have any control over these events and will not be liable for the costs of travel fares, hotels, or any other expenses that may be incurred if a concert is cancelled or rescheduled. It is your responsibility to ensure the concert is going ahead before travelling. We will do our best to inform you if the date has changed, but we do not accept liability if we are unable to contact you. We strongly advise that you check before making arrangements.

DELIVERY OF TICKETS

We will endeavour to deliver your tickets as soon as possible. Typically, tickets will be dispatched within 7 days of the event date and, in some cases, up to 3 days before the event date.

E-TICKET DELIVERY

If you purchased an ‘e-ticket’ (which is the case for London New Year’s Eve Fireworks tickets), it will be sent to your provided email address as a PDF. Please ensure that you have this ticket available to show on your mobile phone at the venue.

MOBILE TICKET DELIVERY

If you purchased a ‘mobile ticket’, the ticket will be accessed through a third-party app. It is important that you follow the instructions provided after purchase to download and access your tickets, including any required steps to transfer your ticket(s). We will notify you as soon as your tickets have been transferred.

We want to assure you that we are working diligently to fulfil every single order and to continue providing you with tickets for your favourite events. Here at London Fireworks Tickets, we strive to offer a personalised service to our valued clients as best we can.

OTHER NOTES

If your first choice of tickets is not available, we will endeavour to contact you regarding an upgrade of your seats at no extra cost or a downgrade with a partial refund. If we are unable to offer you any of these alternatives, we will cancel your order with a premium refund. A premium refund entitles you to a full refund of the price you paid for the tickets, plus an additional 25% on top as our way of saying, “Sorry we let you down”. We will also give you a free upgrade the next time you book. We will not be liable for any expenses.

Please note that London Fireworks Tickets is not responsible for the organisation, safety, or any occurrences at the events, as these are not our events. By purchasing tickets through us, you agree to waive any liability or claims for personal injury on behalf of yourself and any accompanying minors against us for any incidents or issues that may arise during the event.

London New Year’s Eve Fireworks Ticket Information

Please note that the event is standing only, and the following items are not permitted in the viewing areas: chairs (except wheelchairs), pushchairs or prams, tables, camping equipment, and awnings. The event is not suitable for small children, and refunds will not be provided if any aspect of the event causes discomfort to you or any children for whom you have purchased tickets. This includes, but is not limited to, the behaviour of other audience members, any offence taken, or any other event-related condition on the night.

Please also note that by purchasing a ticket from London Fireworks Tickets, you are consenting to having your email address added to our mailing list. We will not share this information with any third parties. This information is for our use only.

PLEASE NOTE WE ARE A SECONDARY TICKET COMPANY AND NOT THE PRIMARY BOX OFFICE AND HAVE NO CONNECTION WITH THE OFFICIAL EVENT ORGANISERS.

All prices are in UK Pounds Sterling. The face value of tickets for the London New Year’s Eve Fireworks is £50 for the Blue, Pink, and White Zones, and £35 for the Red, Green, and Orange Zones. For London Bonfire Night, the face value is £15.50 for General Admission.

Once again, lost or stolen tickets cannot be duplicated or refunded.
